BLVD 2600 Brand and Brochure

We are creating a new brand for this project that is currently in construction, located in a nearby suburb or Orlando, Florida. Situated around a large natural lake, this community offers contemporary design, amenities and luxurious living in a wooded environment that is also convenient to two major thoroughfares. A brand strategy or mood board was created first, followed by the community brochure which is in progress. This piece is designed in a square format to stand out from the nearby competition. We are telling the story with stunningly executed renderings while this community is being built. Minimal copy will list the amenities and features. There is a pocket on the inside back cover to hold floor plans and site map inserts. This brand campaign will be fully integrated with additional print collateral and digital content.
